We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who can handle a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing to finishing. The ideal candidate will be skilled, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. While working on a variety of residential and light commercial projects, you'll have the chance to sharpen your skills and contribute to high-quality work in the Portland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of carpentry experience, including experience with both framing and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Portland and surrounding areas.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend software is a plus, but not required.

• Competitive hourly pay: $25 - $35 per hour based on experience
